Link Visibly uses information to provide the review you request and respond to enquiries. Contact contact@linkvisibly.com with questions or a request to access, correct or delete information held by us.

PDFs, pasted text and reference images

PDF extraction, text scoring and reference-image previews run in your browser. This audit does not upload your PDF or pasted profile sections to our server and does not save an audit to an application database or browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears the in-memory review. A PDF you download remains on your device until you delete it.

Company-page collection

If you choose a company URL and separately authorise collection, our server sends that URL to an external data provider to retrieve publicly available company text. The returned text is supplied to your browser for verification. Collection tokens expire after 20 minutes. Expiry is not a promise that the provider deletes its snapshot or records. We cannot guarantee the completeness, currency or accuracy of returned information.

Optional AI image feedback

Selecting a photo or banner only creates a local preview. If you separately consent to AI feedback, reduced-resolution copies are sent through our server to OpenAI for visual observations and suggestions. We request that the response is not stored as an API response object, but this is not a guarantee of zero provider retention: processing and abuse-monitoring records may be retained under the provider’s policies. Images do not affect the text score. You can use the text audit without AI feedback.

Enquiries and retention

The contact form sends your name, email, service interest, review type and message through our hosting and email-delivery services to our inbox. Enquiries are kept while needed to respond and manage the relationship; we have not configured an automatic deletion schedule. Hosting and delivery services may retain technical logs, including request metadata, under their policies. Our application error logs are designed to exclude submitted text, images, URLs, email addresses and API keys.

Your choices

Only submit information you own or are authorised to use. Avoid confidential documents and sensitive personal information. Use local PDF or pasted text instead of company collection, and leave AI consent unticked if you prefer not to send images externally. You can contact us about information in our inbox; we may need to verify the request and may retain records required for an ongoing service or legal obligation.

Cookies, third parties and location

This version does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies or persistent audit storage. Hosting services may use technical mechanisms for delivery and security. External LinkedIn links open a separate service with its own policies. Service providers may process information outside your country. Review their policies before choosing external processing.
